Delivery
We will deliver FREE OF CHARGE all large equipment to your premises. Small portable items may incur a delivery charge. Free Delivery is available to UK mainland addresses only. All islands, highlands and remote areas are subject to an additional charge.
Deliveries are normally made between the hours of 8.00am and 6.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Unless our separate installation service has been requested, delivery is generally to the pavement level delivery point (e.g. loading bay). No provision is made for transporting heavy goods to its final destination. Please ensure that there is adequate access for larger items of equipment as Trademaid cannot be responsible should access not be possible.
Goods must be checked on receipt, before you sign the delivery note. If you sign the delivery note without first checking the items, Trademaid cannot be held responsible for any claims that may later arise for damaged or missing items.
Should goods be delivered incorrect or damaged, please note this on the delivery note, report it to us immediately by telephone if at all possible, and confirm it in writing (by letter or email) within 48 hours of delivery. Please call customer services on 0844 879 4479 to obtain details on how to return your product.
Installation & Warranties
A Corgi Registered Engineer must install all gas appliances. A qualified engineer or electrician must install all other appliances, apart from items arriving with a 13amp plug attached. Always read the manufacturer's installation and maintenance instructions. Failing to do this will invalidate any manufacturer's warranty.
All products, unless otherwise stated, are subject to a 12 month on-site manufacturer's warranty which excludes damage due to misuse. For all other warranties, please see individual product pages for details. In the unlikely event that a product fails during its warranty period please call customer services on 0844 879 4479 and we will arrange for immediate repair.
Where damage/fault is due to operator misuse or failure to comply with the manufacturer's instructions; negligence by the customer or a third party; or alterations or repair without prior consent from Trademaid, the customer will be responsible for all charges incurred.
Trademaid shall not be liable for any loss or expense, profit, suffered by the customer arising from either negligence or breach of contract by Trademaid.
Returns
Should you wish to return an item, it first must be agreed with Trademaid. The product must be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods and be in original undamaged packing and in full resaleable condition. Due to the high cost of carriage and handling, a restocking fee will be incurred if it is necessary to return large items.

Pricing
While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
