The Company is concerned to ensure that its employee’s feel able to raise such grievances and no employee will be penalised for doing so unless the allegation is knowingly malicious or untrue.

The Directors are responsible for ensuring the business meets its legal obligations in respect of legislation relating to equal opportunities.

- Producing and implementing area action plans
- Ensuring employees are encouraged and supported to reach their full potential

The Company views breaches of the policy as extremely serious. Those involved with/responsible for breaches will be subject to disciplinary proceedings at an appropriate level.
This policy will be reviewed every two years paying particular reference to changes in legislation.
All employees will be asked to complete a form denoting their sex, race, ethnic origin and any disabilities.
The Company guarantees that this form will be used only for the purpose of monitoring the effectiveness of its equal opportunities policy.
