Free standard delivery on all orders over £50 (ex VAT)
 

Delivery Charges & Options

  • A delivery charge of £5.75 (ex VAT) for any order with a net order value of less than £50 (ex VAT)
  • Delivery is usually made within 5-7 working days
  • Standard delivery only applies to mainland UK orders and excludes remote and offshore areas
  • Standard delivery excludes weekends - please select a premium service if you require a Saturday delivery
  • Orders placed after 5pm Friday and over the weekend will be processed Monday
  • Standard UK delivery charge excludes Northern Ireland, Highlands, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight. For these areas please check the remote and offshore delivery information below

Extended Delivery Items

  • Bulk order items will be delivered within 2-3 working days
  • Items supplied direct from the manufacturer will be delivered according to a pre-arranged delivery time
  • Please contact our sales team if you need to confirm lead times
  • Some items such as heavy equipment and some crockery items may have an extended delivery time
  • Although most items will be delivered to you within 3 working days, please note we cannot guarantee delivery times for any products
 

Delivery Acceptance

  • Before signing for your goods, please ensure you check the outer packaging. If there is noticeable damage to any part of the packaging, please sign the delivery note accordingly. We cannot accept claims for goods damaged in transit if you have not indicated damage at the time of delivery on the delivery note.
  • Any damages, defects or shortages must be notified in writing via email within 48 hours of receipt of goods to customerservice@trademaid.co.uk
  • Any customer refusing delivery of goods for any reason other than goods damaged in transit will be responsible for the delivery costs to the customer and the return to our warehouse. There will also be a minimum 15% restocking charge.
  • Trademaid cannot be held responsible for any shortages, damages or defects notified to us more than 48 hours after delivery.
