Why do you need my email address?
For us to process your order, we need to know your name, email address, delivery address, credit/debit card number, security code (CVV) and expiry date.
We will not collect any information about you unless it is specifically and knowingly provided by you. The information we collect will be accurate and up to date. You can check this at any time by contacting our customer service department. We will immediately correct any inaccuracies that you report.
Trademaid operates an opt-out mail system. This gives you the choice of whether or not you wish to receive marketing information.
Replying to the 'unsubscribe' link in promotional mail will also ensure that your name is removed from our mailing list.
We offer free delivery on orders over £50 (ex VAT) if your order is less than £50 (ex VAT) you will be charged £5.75 (ex VAT) for all other delivery options & charges please refer to our delivery guide.
What if I need to return a product?
How to return goods
We hope you will be satisfied with your purchase. Should you wish to return an item (excluding kitchen equipment - please see ‘returning kitchen equipment’ below) we will be happy to refund in full or exchange if it is in full re-saleable condition. Returns should be made within reasonable time (usually 30 days) and in original, undamaged packaging.
Should goods be delivered faulty, incorrect or damaged, please report to us immediately and confirm in writing within 3 days of delivery via email to customerservices@trademaid.co.uk.
Please note that there may be a collection and/or re-stocking charge for any items returned.

Returning Kitchen Equipment:
Please ensure that you have assessed the technical specification in full (available on our website) prior to ordering. Should you remain unsure of what product is right for you, please call our kitchen equipment specialist for free and impartial advice on 0844 879 4479.
Should you wish to return your kitchen equipment item(s) it must first be agreed with Trademaid Ltd. A restocking charge of 25% applies and we reserve the right to charge for return carriage.
Please note that any kitchen equipment items returned must be in their original packaging together with all manuals and accessories. In the event that you no longer have the packaging, we will be unable to accept the item(s).
Credit will only be honoured once the goods have been received and inspected by Trademaid Ltd. In the event of returned goods being used and un-saleable, no credit will be given and the goods will be sent back to the customer.
If any Trademaid product proves defective within a year of purchase then we will repair it at no cost to you.
Our warranty does not apply to wear and tear or if a product has been damaged or misused.
It does not apply to a small number of machines marked 'No Commercial Warranty' which must be returned direct to the manufacturer in the event of a breakdown.

This is the last 3 digits on the reverse of your card. This is an additional security feature which is very common when ordering online or via telephone.
Can I amend my order once I've placed it?
You can amend your order anytime up until it has been dispatched after this please refer to our return policy.
Your remote delivery charge is too expensive?
We regularly review our delivery charges and always try to ensure that they are competitive. However, if you feel that they are still too expensive please contact us and we can explore other options for your specific area.
Can I have this order delivered for free?
You order will be delivered for free if it is over £50 (ex VAT).
